In the USCounties table in the SampleGeographyDataR1.zip provided, I can see for the same state and county value we have more than one rows in that table. eq. STATE= '02' and COUNTY = '013' . So for these mulltiple rows, the only difference seems to be columns CO99_D00_ and CO99_D00_I carry differtent values. What do these columns signify and can someone help me intrepret the data in these columns. Are they subcounties in that county? If so what do those numbers mean?
